Webb Farry is currently seeking a capable office administrator looking for their next challenge!
If you are experienced in office systems, pride yourself on your organisational skills, enjoy building relationships with people and are internally driven to 'get the job done' … we would love to hear from you!
The position available is an introductory level management role with responsibilities across the following areas:
- H/R administration with a particular focus on non-legal staff recruitment, performance improvement, workload co-ordination, leave arrangements and annual review requirements;
- Responsibility for the firm's debtors ledger and account rendered processes;
- Management of various infrastructure and operational systems including premises maintenance, education requirements, health & safety, database improvement / auditing processes and general practice administration.
