Resource Management
The legislative and consultation requirements of the Resource Management Act and District Plans can be confusing. Introducing Webb Farry at the outset of your project can minimize costly mistakes and helps you ensure that the project proceeds smoothly.
The Resource Management Act 1991 and the District and Regional Plans made under the Act now regulate all land use. The Building Act 2004 governs the granting of consents for building on the land.
Webb Farry offers a "one-stop" service that covers the full spectrum of resource management services. Our resource management and planning service includes applying for resource consents, subdivisional work, building consents, projects and land information memorandums, preparing submissions in support of or in objection to planning applications, appearing before planning committees, appearing before planning tribunals, resolving neighbourhood disputes and appeals to the Environment Court and beyond.
