John Farrow BA, LL.B
Partner
John is our partner in charge of all litigation matters. With over 17 years experience, he has been active in the family, criminal and civil jurisdictions.
He has appeared in many forums including the ACC Review Appeal Authority, the Liquor Licensing Authority, the Coroner's Court, the Mental Health Review Tribunal and the Medical Disciplinary Tribunal. John has also enjoyed many successful appearances in the High Court as well as a number in the Court of Appeal.
John's practice is focused on employment, resource management, relationship property and civil litigation matters. He has a particular interest in construction law. He also enjoys a number of Court appointed roles including Family Court Counsel to Assist Mediator, Lawyer for Child, Lawyer for Care Recipient and Youth Advocate.
John is married with four children. He is a keen triathlete and represented New Zealand at the 2003 World Triathlon Championships held in Queenstown.
