Warren Moffat is a solicitor in our sports law and commercial property sections. Warren works primarily under the supervision of Teresa Chan, dealing in general property, tax and business matters, with a particular focus on all legal issues affecting sportspeople and organisations.
Warren graduated from the University of Otago in 2005 with a double degree in Law and Classical Studies, joining Webb Farry in June 2006 after successfully completing the Institute of Professional Legal Studies Bar Admission course in late 2005.
Warren brings an element of business experience to his role at Webb Farry, having previously worked as a manager with a significant local tourism venture both while at University and post graduation. In his spare time Warren is a keen rugby player, having been a member of the Southern Premier and Otago Maori rugby teams since 1999. He also enjoys tennis and cricket in the summer and would like to be able to surf better!
