Rachel Stedman is a Solicitor in the Commercial/Property and Litigation teams. She is supervised by both Kimberly Jarvis and David Ehlers and has particular interest in Employment law, Criminal law, Family law and all areas of dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Webb Farry, she worked in enforcement and Investigations with the Ministry for Primary Industries and the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Her prior study includes investigations, veterinary nursing and personal and property security. She studied at the University of Otago and sits on the executive of the New Zealand Animal Law Association.
Rachel’s experience with people from wide walks of life means that she recognises that practical reality and theoretical thinking need to meet in the middle for effective solutions.
Her interests include ice hockey, martial arts, painting and riding horses.
