Tracy is our Practice Manager and leads the management team while working closely with the Partnership. She oversees all practice improvement projects, operations, HR processes, business development initiatives and provides direct assistance at a strategy/project level.

Tracy has worked in the legal sector for over 20 years in New Zealand, Australia and Canada and has experience in private practice firms and large multinational companies.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, particularly encouraging and supporting her two children with their different interests.
