Tracy is our General Manager, leading the firm's operations with a strategic, forward-thinking approach. Working closely with the Partnership, Tracy plays a pivotal role in aligning the business functions with the firm's long-term goals.

With extensive experience in a variety of legal environments within New Zealand and internationally, Tracy heads the Management team and oversees the day-to-day operations, human resources, business development and financial performance. She takes a thoughtful approach to ensuring a high performing, cohesive workplace culture where every member of the team feels supported and aligned for success.

With a keen interest in driving innovation, business improvement and strategic planning, Tracy works with the Partners to implement systems that enhance efficiency, support growth and deliver value to both clients and the firm.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, particularly encouraging and supporting her two children with their different interests.
