Tracy is our General Manager, leading the firm's operations with a strategic, forward-thinking approach.  As a member of the Board, Tracy plays a pivotal role in aligning the business functions with the firm's long-term goals.

With extensive experience in a variety of legal environments within New Zealand and internationally, Tracy leads the Management team and oversees key functions including human resources, marketing, financial performance and day-to-day operations.  She takes a thoughtful approach to ensuring a high performing, cohesive workplace culture where every member of the team feels supported and aligned for success.

With a keen interest in driving innovation, business improvement and strategic planning, Tracy strives to implement systems that enhance efficiency, support growth and deliver value to both clients and the firm.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, particularly encouraging and supporting her two children with their different interests.
