David is one of Dunedin’s most experienced commercial lawyers. A Partner in our Corporate/Commercial and Property team since 1984, David is now a Consultant of the firm. David advises on all matters commercial, including taxation, joint ventures, commercial property transactions, business acquisitions and complex property developments. He is also the “go to” man for advice on company constitutions, directors’ and shareholders’ rights and powers, share issues and sales, company amalgamations and other corporate restructurings. David is a member of the New Zealand Law Society Property Transactions Committee. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family and is a keen golfer and fisherman.
